I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the room was beautiful and the location was fantastic with easy access to the mall, making it convenient for finding food. On the other hand, the service during check-in was disappointing, and there was a significant delay in receiving towels. Overall, it’s a decent place but definitely has some room for improvement.

The hotel is located strategically in the heart of Pekanbaru, providing easy access to local cuisine and shopping. The rooms are clean but definitely need updates and modern amenities. Despite the pleasant swimming pool that my kids loved, I was disappointed with the breakfast situation where I unexpectedly had to pay extra. The service level left much to be desired, especially during check-in due to loud music in the lobby.
